Last time I went, I waited in line over 20 minutes to complete a simple task of ordering a money order off of my debit card. When I finally get up to the desk, there are two people working. The man working asks his coworker, "Is our money order system working again?" She tells him yes and that it's functioning, so I insert my card and pay. They post they have money center but they don't
This is a good location of a store. I only have one issue with your hours online that needs to change because they’re very misleading. I went in at 6am to the money center in which is states online that it’s open I get there and was told by one of the associates that it’s closed and doesn’t open until 8am. Moral of the story is fix your online hours because they’re WRONG!!
The earlier in the day the better. 8am had zero wait, the associate was pleasant and she got me in and out quickly.
