Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Tried to get oil change last Sat the 13th but was told it could be a 4hr. wait! Came today after making appointment. Did have a filter to fit my car. Went the rounds with the employees & supposedly store manager who was also worthless. Didnt care about the customer service only in defending the employees. This is the third pair of Glasses I have got that had issues. 3 years ago the lens was the wrong size, kept falling out and it took a few months to get it corrected with new glasses. 2 years ago they measured my eyes wrong and I had issues with my vision, took 3 visits to get it corrected and new lens. This time the lens fell out within 5 hours, one of the screws fell out, went back and they had issues with the frame and ordered new ones, its been 3 weeks and still no replacement frame, and have stopped in 3 times to check. ... read more

However, my trip to the neighborhood Walmart off garland rd, miller, this Amazing young man Yoseph, at self check out, was very professional and had a positive and pleasant behavior towards my many mistakes I needed his assistance. The lady was extremely slow/ and rude. And my cake wasn't ready at the time it was supposed to be. I had to wait 20 minutes longer and then look what they did And does this cake I got ,look like what I ordered. My receipt plainly says chocolate, but when we cut the cake it was white. My son doesn't like white, ( thank you for ruining his birthday) I hope whoever got our chocolate one enjoyed it!
On Saturday May 30, I went to Walmart auto care center at #2189 4855 Kietzke Ln, Reno, NV 89509. I want to make an appointment for rotate and balance new set of tires which I purchased on last November 2025.Walmart sent me an email the time is due for balance and rotate the tires, and by the way change oil. My mother is a 91 year old Hospice patient, who developed and oozing wound yesterday, Saturday 25. We called the on-call nurse who came to evaluate her wound. She physically called in a prescription to Delmont, PA Wallmart at 6:30 pm, an antibiotic, literally 15 pills and the pharmacist REFUSED TO FILL THE PRESCRIPTION till the next morning. they had 30 minutes left till they closed. The nurse explained that this was a hospice patient with an oozing wound.. and he STILL REFUSED!!! Because of HIS LAZINESS, she has misse... read more

If I could leave a zero star I would, i called Monday at 9:30 am and was told my refills would be ready Tuesday in the afternoon. I get off work and get there and get to walmart pharmacy at Tucson Market place and was told they are not ready. Stop lying to people, that is very disrespectful and rude to male me waste my time going over there after a 12 hour work shift.
Two stars for the workers. Minus 3 stars for the three times I had to go there during the hours of 9 to 6 and found them closed two times. Be aware that though the vision center is supposed to be open until 6, you must get there between 5 and 5:15, before the gate is closed, to get into the store. Also be aware that it could be closed from 2 to 3 for lunch.
