It took me twice as long to go to Walmart to purchase food because they don't HAVE TAP TO PAY! They have that stupid Walmart pay but you have to go through and scan every item then go to the register and scan the barcode that comes up on your phone and then you have to wait for an associate and God forbid you go in there without any ID on you because you can't use anything on your phone you have to have the actual id.! So Walmart you're really suck! Get tap to pay!
Horrible customer service system. If you have an issue that is beyond help from a local store or the 800 number, good luck getting in contact with anyone. Their left hand is unaware of what their right hand is doing. I have an issue with an online order (nearly $500), and I haven't received a solution from the store itself or customer support. They accuse you of stealing when you have paid and have a receipt for the items. Then they look dumb with the receipt in their hand when their wrong
I had a very bad experience. I purchased a battery for my car in. Walmart that doesn’t have an automotive department. The battery went bad after two weeks and my car stopped. I had to purchase another battery But this time from the dealer. They tested the Walmart battery and found it to have a bad cell. I took the battery back to Walmart where I purchased it and they told me that I had to take it to the Walmart that had an automotive department.
