They waited for me to get here to say the doctor isn’t coming in today. No one called me to tell me my appointment was cancelled, after they confirmed my appointment the day before and there were no other doctors in either. 30 minutes of gas wasted…
they don’t even deserve one star, i went here for a root canal, not only was it pushed back multiple times, but when i finally got my root canal i ended up being paralyzed in my face and they won’t own up to their mistakes. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY SERIOUS OR ANY DENTAL ISSUES FOR THAT MATTER
I doubted the dentistry because this is a Walmart but let me just say… I am amazed. I saw Dr. Bailey and his assistant Ms. Sherri for an extraction. I was SO nervous but sherri did such a great job at comforting me and answering my questions. Dr. Bailey never hurt me once and checked on me throughout the whole thing. It was over so fast. I would recommend them!!!
At first I had a really great experience but I had some issues after a dental procedure. They waived the following consultation fee because they needed to refer me to see a specialist since they messed up. Also, their printer wasn't working so what should have been a 2-minute conversation ended up with me sitting in the chair for an hour waiting for them to print the referral.
