I looked online to make sure a product was available. When I got to the aisle, it wasn't there. Double checked to make sure I had the correct store and the correct aisle, which I did. The app also gave me the option for pickup in store the next day, since there were no time slots available that late. I asked 3 people, including a manager, showing them that the app said in stock and also available for pickup. I got three very different answers. No one seems to know how the app works, especially as far as pickup in store goes.... read more
I hated it only because I wanted a price on a product that someone just through on a shelf. She was very RUDE in saying. Not my department. She gave me a dirty look and moved on. All I wanted was a price check. Geesh... People are becoming more rude these days.
