My experience at the Blackmon Rd Walmart on June 9th was extremely disappointing. A basic issue with Walmart Cash not applying at self‑checkout turned into a 30 minute delay for what should have been a 5 minute fix. The self‑checkout associate suspended the transaction and sent me to customer service. The supervisor on duty Portia, had her name tag covered and did not communicate clearly, did not answer direct questions, and did not make any effort to resolve the problem.
