that place is worst do not come here drivers if you love your life
Truckers have to monitor your phone for that text message..no calls when trailer is empty also make sure your check in and out time is correct on paperwork..receiving need some upgrade too..
Not happy, I was the very first truck to check in at 04:15, for a 6am appointment. I dropped on door and bobtail to staging lot immediately, but everything goes in the toilet after that! They removed my trailer from the door around 07:55 but I’m here waiting for paperwork 09:00 and clock is ticking! Person(chick) dispatch desk has a snotty attitude!!
My visit here proved unproductive due to the receiving office's slow processing. My arrival was at 6AM, yet I waited until 2 PM for the necessary paperwork. At noon, when I inquired about the status, I was informed it was lunchtime, and they would call afterward. Is this acceptable practice? While timely delivery is expected of us, the significant delay in processing paperwork, resulting in a 6-7 hour wait, seems unreasonable.
