I had a disappointing experience with delivery service. I had an appointment at 5am but they gave all papers after 12pm. I took 7-8 hours. Then what's the purpose of appointment. Moreover, The staff was unprofessional and rude. Communication was poor, and the overall service did not meet basic expectations. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on it.
