They take about 2 hours past appointment time to unload 10 small pallets. Mine was at 5am I showed up at 4am got door right away. They will give you to option once you check in. First pull and email or wait forever as they count every case. I choose pull and email and received paperwork stamped subject to count 1.5 hours past ap appointment time. Email with actual paperwork and count was received in the afternoon. 2 stars for security and shipping clerk been polite. Small truck stop with about 10 paid parking spaces. That cl... read more

The Reason.i gave 5 🌟 star's because I had lunch at the gas station near by Walmart Weehouse. Exxon Handy stop the shrimp was very delicious 😋

For semi truck, big warehouse , 3h unloading, nice people at security check and in the office explain where to go where to drop, clean restroom inside check-in office ,use your mind to enter the warehouse because the navigation all they take route 645 but actually entrance on 79 freeway ,lot of truck-stop for overnight parking. remember be on your appointment one hour early accepted.
