Gaurd shack 5*. Checkin office 5* From there everyone and everything else about this place gets a 0*. 5am appointment. Arrived at 445am. Was given a door immediately and been here 4 hours since praying they call in the next 10 min or I will loose my backhaul. Cant even see if they have started on my trailer because after dropping your trailer in a door you have to bobtail all the way back to staging area by Gaurd Shack entrance. This is ridiculous. Everyone is super friendly... my appt was at 9 am, it is now 1:11 pm and I am still waiting. Typical walmart BS because they don't care that we have to go elsewhere as long as they get their product. At least I'll get detention pay.

Receiving office personnels were awesome. I was unloaded in 2 hours. Appointment at 9AM checked in 8:30 left around 10:20. Your experience may differ due to lumper and the load nature. All worker there are awesome.
