In general, I dislike Wal-Mart, but this store is especially unpleasant. I shop here simply because it is the only place in Athens to find certain items. The employees are generally friendly, but the store has something to be desired in terms of cleanliness.The cart handles are often sticky and seem unsanitary -- a major concern for me, as often, my toddler son is sitting in the front of the cart. went to walmart to get pictures done in one hour with camera wal mart sol d me then learned after taking pictures i would have to wait five to ten days to get them back/not including holidays or weekends/what happened to one hour photo?truth in advertising?new improved walmart doesnt look too improved to me, at least thats my opinion.
I personally feel sorry for the workers at our west union walmart supercenter, store manager is paid a huge salary ,while associates hours get cut to bare minimum, some of these being single mothers and elderly associates. I am most certain Sam Walton would not be happy!

My latest eye exam, the same as the last 27 eye exams done by Dr. Polster, one each year, was thorough and professional. He explained everything to my satisfaction and was kind and funny. Thanks again Doc.

I really enjoy going to our local West Union, Wal-mart. There are many, many smiling faces that work there and are quite helpful. I think that you have to be named Craig to be a pharmacist there, though. They have a lot of hard workers in that store. I just wish they would get the hard workers out of the store to get all the carts. Park your car at your own risk. :)
