I wish I was able to give zero stars. I called to confirm my cake order at least 4 times and the day that I pick my cake up it’s completely wrong. They didn’t even put “happy” on the cake just a plain “birthday” on the bottom tier. Highly upset right now
Walmart always makes sure I have all my questions answered... .they also have amazing prices and a WIDE selection of things that I need and want from ranging from groceries to electronics to camping gear. I can also pick up my prescriptions there as well. There is nothing better than to get your groceries and supplies while you're waiting for your prescriptions...thanks again Walmart for being my ONE STOP SHOP
very disappointed with the horrible customer service I received from the lady that closed the bakery. I went to the bakery with a question and the lady told me to "hurry up because im about to clock out", the bakery doesn't close till 9pm and i was there at 7:30pm. I had been there before and she was the same lady that had helped me i had the same question about a cake that she had told me they could make the cake i had showed her and how many many days in advance they would need me to order that specific cake. I ordered a blue ombré cake (the ocean) and green cupcakes (palm trees) for my daughters Moana themed party and after at least 20 minutes of detailed discussion I felt sure it would be exactly what we were looking for. Wrong. Apparently she wasn't paying attention to the picture we were looking at because the cake was one solid shade of blue.
