Rated 2 Stars because I ordered a custom cake to be picked up on the 24th of Dec. 2019, came in a week advanced to book the order and was not even made by the designated pickup time. A bit of my fault on my part as I should have called in advance to see if the cake has been made or started but lesson learned on my part. Customer service wasn't that great when I was asked about my cake with the tone that the worker was using. It did change when they had found the filled out order for the cake.
