Has been impossible to order a cake for my daughter’s birthday. The person that knows prices and timeframe to order is never there and I am calling now no answer! Same thing happened when I tried to order for my son’s birthday. Such a bummer as their cakes are pretty, good taste and inexpensive. Product is good but horrible customer service.
I have never had anything bad everything that was supposed to be hot was hot and when I ordered something cold it was cold. The customer service was very good as well.
