Getting a refund for a cake I ordered. Not the color I asked for. Thankfully the lady was really nice and was apologetic offered me a money back for the cake..did I get my money back. Nope why cuz knowing my luck I didnt have a receipt and they cant find the bakery lady who just happened to send me to them -(Customer service) thx wallmart
