Large volume great value.
Poor customer service! Went to put in a cake order with a young lady. Instead of taking my order, she had a guy who does not work for the dept took my order while she was there behind the cake stand decorating cupcakes. The whole time, the three of us(baker, the guy, and myself) had a three-way conversation. I will ask for a request from the guy, the guy will ask the baker, and the baker comes back asking me "what is it that I want" So unprofessional!
