Very upset order customisable cupcakes called Tuesday and spoke with bakery once order was viewable asked that they got the special note to add mickey mouse... she said yes we have rings I said ok great. It is now my sons Birthday and my husband said that they told him that they would charge him to remake the order. His party is in a few hours. Why couldn't they just say you can have the 12 rings for this much extra i dont care about adding them myself. So upset it was right there in the notes and not ordering online againg ... read more
