Ordered a cake for my daughters 7th birthday. For starters, they spelled her name wrong. Her names is Savannah. They spelled it “shvannah”. The girl tried telling me I spelled it wrong on the ticket which I checked, and I definitely did not spell it wrong. Luckily it was fixable and the girl was nice enough to fix it. I also asked them to put the writing to right side of the cake and they put it on the left. AND I selected whipped cream frosting and it was definitely not what was used. VERY disappointed.
