We ordered a birthday cake for a 6 year old. The cake was basically nothing but frosting and when we called and spoke to the manager she was rude and basically said there was nothing that they were going to do about the situation, we ordered a cake that was supposed to feed 24 and the cake we got did not feed 24. The manager herself said because it's a small town they really don't have to do anything and if we are so unhappy with this cake we can come buy a different one to fit our needs... why should we have to spend 60 dol... read more
I was very disappointed in the cake that my daughter ChannaRae Coulter bought from this so called bakery. The cake was extremely small and didn't feed 24 people like it stated and per the bakery person they didn't need to follow corporate as this is a small town! I live in a smaller town then Aberdeen SD and our Walmart follows corporate! I will never order a cake from here again and I highly recommend that no one else does unless you liked to be ripped off by Walmart Bakery!
Fantastic food and easy to work with!
Does anyone really like Walmart? It's always full of all sorts of people accept cashier's. They constantly run out of stock on shelves and don't have enough people to restock them during the day. It also seems to have the world's slowest checkout people but even when the self-checkout makes you wait for an employee every third item, it is still quicker than waiting for the slack-jawed mouth breathers at the till. I ordered a birthday cake and said that I wanted american girl doll and they said that they can do it and I believed them. I go to pick it up in looks like a valentine's day cake, no decorations on it did not write happy birthday on it nothing. And I still had to pay 25.00.
