First off I never do this!!! But in this case this review is well deserved! I called the Bakery about 10 am for a 50th birthday cake and spoke with Gwen, thinking she would just grab a cake from the display and slap a good ol' Happy 50th Birthday, due to the fact that I just told her I needed it around 5 pm the same day. GWEN went above and beyond what I asked for, she made me a fresh cake and did a tie dye cake, I also told her she could have fun with it, and boy did she. Terrible. Ordered a wedding cake from them, they took my order, I ordered a grey and white cake. When I arrived to pick it up it was not grey but it was purple, lavender purple. When I talked to the bakery ladies, they were rude and no help. They said that’s just how the color comes out, yet I wasn’t told that when ordering and paying for the cake before hand. They refused to fix it or even offer some of my money back. By far the worst customer service. I didn’t even want to leave a star but you have too.
