I place an order 24hrs in advance, the person that took my order reassured me that she would make sure the cake was done correctly. When I arrived as I was looking at the cake from across the counter I could tell it was UNLEVELED!!! After 20 mins of waiting, I found an associate who then called a manager. Must have been an unleveled cake. I had customized for a graduation party. It started off with a crack and ended up completely split by thr next day morning. Delicious but not well put together.
