Over two hours to replace a tire? Made me late for work, lost wages. I'm not understanding the abhorrent incompetencey of the leadership with this department. Never had problems before, clearly need to find another location that can handle basic auto care. I will say though the staff are quite pleasant!
Frank and the manager and staff on 8/11 /25 gave me really good customer service thankful for that team I only come to parma for my car care good job guys
I took the earliest slot available at 7:30 am for an oil change on my rusty mustang and the guys at this shop got me right. It took less than an hour, they were nice, and had a great set up where I could see everything they were doing. Prices are always cheap.
Don’t know who hired that people they don’t know how to talk somebody on attitude speak badly they don’t need to work. I don’t need to free anything I pay for that you need respect you give somebody respect to🫵 u guys get respect, automative car center for one crazy lady 🤟
