Ran into Walmart to pick up a few things and after loading my groceries into the car I realized my battery was dead. A hundred and six degrees outside, I had to reload all my refrigerated items into the shopping cart and go back into the store to purchase a new battery. Every employee that we encountered in the automotive department the afternoon of August 18th was very friendly and helpful including those at the counter, those who checked my battery, the one who worked on my car, along with some we just happened to pass by.... read more
The manager is a real piece of work. I had an appointment to get 2 tires installed on our truck, tires were purchased FROM Walmart, the appointment for the installation was made BY a Walmart employee. Their online system confirmed they install this size tire. We do rv service and just had a customer purchase the same size tire and they installed them for him yesterday with no issues but today he didn't want to do it. His entire attitude a d tone was absolutely disgusting
Very disappointed with the service at the Walmart Auto Center. I arrived an hour before closing and sat waiting for nearly 20 minutes before anyone even came to speak with me, only to tell me they were refusing service. What made it worse was that nobody ever asked what I needed done in the first place. The customer service and communication were extremely poor. They do not warranty their tires. I bought 4 in May and they have less than 25,000 on them and are almost slick even wear! They told me if I bought 4 more they would knock off $200? WTH that's straight up screwing somebody still trying to make money off of me after the problem. DONE and I will put the word out!
