They acted like they were busy with appointments, but had one car in the bay. Said they didn’t know if they had time for one oil change and said he would check, I sat there for 20 minutes to find out and nobody cared to check with anyone to ask if they had time to do it. Very unprofessional. I’ll never come back here.
Excellent Customer Service from Lloyd at Walmart Tire Center! I had a great experience at the Walmart Tire Center thanks to Lloyd. He provided truly amazing customer service—friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. His great attitude and welcoming smile made the whole process much more pleasant. Richard rude , unhelpful and racist. I have come her for 3 years to get my oil changed the way I was dismissed when o asked when did appointments for oil changes start because I don't see it on website . I don't control that that that's your problem.
Came here for an oil change they told me I needed a new oil drain plug and say they can replace it, I bring them a new drain plug within minutes, they return to working on my car. After waiting for another hour the tech comes out and says “we can’t get the old plug off” to which I ask “is my car worse off now than when I brought it in here?” He says “of course” then while I’m asking him to give me my car back he’s standing there talking about “idk why you’re mad all we tried to do was help!” Don’t go here they’re incompetent... read more
