Walmart sells you a road hazardous warranty but doesn't honor it at this particular tire center. My cousin, purchased a tire two months ago from Walmart on line, had it delivered to Walmart in LA Plata Md, it was installed and she purchased the road hazardous warranty. On 20 Feb 2026 she ran over a pothole on the way to work which punctured the tire. Went for a new tire installation and my vehicle was returned to me with damage. My rims and new tires were scratched/scraped as if they were dragged across the floor. The interior of my car was scratched, as if a box cutter was in someone’s possession while they were moving my vehicle. I called the store to let them know I was coming back and the manager that was in charge of the time, Sara, told me to ask for her specifically when I returned so she could look at my car.
