I wanted to take a moment and leave a review for Jeff at the LaPlata Walmart Tire/Auto Center. Jeff is professional, kind and one of the most efficient employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in the Walmart Corporation. I needed 4 tires mounted for a trailer and from the first interaction with Jeff, I knew my job was a priority and would be completed as promised. They acted like they were busy with appointments, but had one car in the bay. Said they didn’t know if they had time for one oil change and said he would check, I sat there for 20 minutes to find out and nobody cared to check with anyone to ask if they had time to do it. Very unprofessional. I’ll never come back here.
Excellent Customer Service from Lloyd at Walmart Tire Center! I had a great experience at the Walmart Tire Center thanks to Lloyd. He provided truly amazing customer service—friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. His great attitude and welcoming smile made the whole process much more pleasant. I was especially glad they had my tires in stock, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Richard rude , unhelpful and racist. I have come her for 3 years to get my oil changed the way I was dismissed when o asked when did appointments for oil changes start because I don't see it on website . I don't control that that that's your problem.
