I am conflicted with the service. No one answers the phone. It will ring forever. It appears there is not enough help. One person takes forever with one customer. The other person is doing inventory or checking items it just chaos to me. Better organization and more help would be beneficial.
They’re dangerous, had all 4 tires changed here and ended up having to go to a real mechanic less than 3 weeks later for a loose wheel bearing.
