DONT GO HERE! Leesa the manager couldn’t care less about the customers. Made it seem like being a customer was an inconvenience to her. They forgot to put my oil cap on after an oil change and I didn’t realize till I got home. The manager was gone by time I called so the next day when I went in I got a measly “oh yeah they told me about that.” Didn’t apologize or offer anything or to fix the problem. Had to go buy I new cap at an auto store. This could have been very bad for my car I will never return.
A classic story of “You get what you pay for” with a little extra on it. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change (following the manufacturer’s suggested service interval). The car was returned to me with about 50% more oil than what was supposed to be put in (which is just as bad or worse than having a car run with little to no oil).
