First thing they do is find any excuse to not change you tire. This is probably the worst place on earth to get your tires replaced! Do yourself a favor go to Les Schwab. They are true professionals . This place is a joke.They should write a book on 1000 excuses not to do their job! It's not rocket science guys. Have some pride and be willing to actually do your job you get payed for. I would give zero stars if I could.
Half the price of local express. I didn't have to ask to have my reminder reset. They bagged up my container of extra oil (I brought my own) before setting it in my car for me <3 I'm so grateful for the fast through service! Thank you (:
(DONT DO OIL CHANGES HERE)For starts i own a mechanic shop an hour away from here. However i NEVER have time to do simple oil change cuz my shop is occupied with engine rebuilds. So i Had my wife take in our car for a simple quick oil change nothing out of the world. These scientist did not fill the oil. I thought i had a oil leak because there was literally no oil in it , put the car on my lift looked everywhere and theres no oil leak, these guys drained the oil and never added any oil and sent her on her way. Time is money. And these guys are insanely slow. A single tire took two trips, and the installation took 45 minutes since they were standing around talking and taking smoke breaks while working. They also messed up my first order, tacking on extra costs... and they took a tire that I asked them to put in the back when they were done. And dirty hands on my steering wheel.. Ughhh... took 20 minutes just to clean their mess Just watched one of their dirty-handed guys drive a customers car away with the e brake engaged. Wild.
