I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart today. The manager, Jess, was extremely rude when I walked into the store. Her attitude made it clear she didn’t care about customer service or supporting her team. As a customer, I expect respect and basic professionalism — but that definitely wasn’t the case here. Walmart needs to address this kind of behavior if they want people to keep coming back.

Dont like the way jessica speaks to customers she trys to talk fast and down to the customers... i had a problem and she doesnt recall it but luckily her bosses was there and gave me a credit.. someone need to speak to her about her attitude and the way she speaks to customers...
This place has always taken care of my needs. Tire guy there is very knowledgeable and the desk staff very nice even when it is super busy
