Not good: put windshield washer fluid in my coolant. Took 30 minutes just for check-in.
My experience at this Walmart Auto Care Center was just okay. I came in for a tire rotation and balance and was told they don’t take appointments for that service — it’s first come, first served. However, when we arrived, there were already scheduled appointments ahead of us, and we were told to come back later. We were also not placed on any type of wait list. Terrible customer service..... After waiting forever without anyone even saying "be right with you". Its rude and I won't come back again.
The owner refused to replace our run-flat tire, which had a dangerous air bubble, saying they don’t work on run-flat - even though it was Memorial Day and every other shop was already closed. It was our only option that late, and we had to drive to Los Angeles with no alternatives. She even told us we could die in the middle of the desert, but they still wouldn’t help. Ridiculous 🤷♀️
