The guy that we dealt with was absolutely awesome!!! I did not get his name. We were towing a 35ft camper and had a tire go out. Initially asked about a tire size and asked about getting it mounted, was told no time that day, and couldn't be done. The other guy then said he had another size and could get them mounted for us. He made sure we could get back on the road. This was amazing customer service on his part and the guy in the shop mounting the tires.
Called to schedule an appointment for 2 new tires and rotation, was told the tires were $103 each. Person said he would save them back for my appointment with my name on them. Checked in and told person they had my tires in the back with my name on them for my appt. Checked out and I was charged $160 per tire. When confronted about it they said I told them to match the tires on the car which I didn’t. Had a tire that kept going low. Made an appointment for 5 pm. They fixed the tire while I shopped. Thumbs up to Jessie.
Friendly staff, good service. Stopped for A low tire pressure light, they took care of it.
Poor service need better tire service.
