Awful service. Zero star review. Manager was extra unhelpful. They don't stock filters and charge you full price when you bring your own.
I made a 10:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. The oil was done fast enough but they made me wait for rotation, citing some B.S. policy I've never heard of. I was there for almost 4 hours, without comment or apologies. The clerk's only remark was "Wow, I'd be mad too!" Another time, my preferred mechanic discovered that they didn't even perform work that was ordered and paid for. Not worth any price.

Always use Parsons for all my tires.Ernie has always taken good care of me. But now I have a new guy to brag on, his name is Gary. Had a blow out & even tho he was suppose to be working in the shop, he was working the counter inside. Everyone else just seemed to be too busy walking around to help do anything. I went in to get the oil changed and tires rotated on Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. They told me there would be a 6 hour wait because they had appointments that took priority. There were 2 guys out in the shop talking and no cars in. When I pointed this out the lady got angry so I left. Fast forward to today.
