Always use Parsons for all my tires.Ernie has always taken good care of me. But now I have a new guy to brag on, his name is Gary. Had a blow out & even tho he was suppose to be working in the shop, he was working the counter inside. Everyone else just seemed to be too busy walking around to help do anything. I went in to get the oil changed and tires rotated on Saturday morning a couple of weeks ago. They told me there would be a 6 hour wait because they had appointments that took priority. There were 2 guys out in the shop talking and no cars in. When I pointed this out the lady got angry so I left. Fast forward to today. I made an appointment in the app. Got there early and told a different lady, who was ver nice, that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. I would not recommend taking tires to Parsons Walmart to get fixed. They broke my tire sensor and then tried to say it was broken when they took the tire off. I tried to explain the sensor was working at the time I brought it in. They told me they could replace the sensor with a generic sensor, but it might not be compatible with my truck. I told them I would take it to someone else to get the sensor fixed then. After getting the sensor fixed by someone else, that company told me there was no sensor in the tire at all, so ap... read more
