I called them about a week ago to get my tires that I bought from them to be studded. I have been calling numerous times, they have picked up the phones and then hung up on me. Not only that but it took them 5-6 days to even put the studs in my first two tires. If you need your tires studded I would recommend going somewhere else, you won’t be able to get ahold of them and when you do they just hang up on you.

Installed a new car battery on my Dodge Journey for FREE, even though the front driver's side wheel has to come off to access! Many places won't install, or will charge extra, for cars like this with hard-to-access batteries. Never thought I'd say it but: I will look to Walmart Auto Care Centers for future needs!

I called and asked for a specific size tire. They told me on the phone,that they had 5 tires. Seeing as how I had a flat,I needed to purchase a tire. When I got to the store,they couldn't find the tires. They hardly looked,and it was definitely inconvenient. They didn't even care that they had wasted my time

I would avoid mounting and balancing tires here. When they were first mounted, they were not balanced correctly resulting in a severe wobble when driving. I gave them a second chance to rebalance, and they claimed I had two bent rims and they couldn't balance them, so it was still wobbly, maybe worse. Took it to VIP and they were able to balance them in 30 minutes and its perfectly done. Only reason for the 2 stars instead of 1 was customer service was quick to give me a refund.
