This has been a mess. I came to get my trailer tires done and they didn't have them in stock. So I ordered new tires and it took over a week to get them in. I got confirmation they had arrived and they gave me 7 days to come in and get them on. I came in two days later and they had canceled my order. They instead had passenger tires for my trailer. Used a fluid extractor to do my oil change and didn't fully drain my vehicle as my oil was 2 quarts over filled. If I didn't check it I'm sure major engine damage would've happened. I understand using the machine and maybe half a quart or so but 2 full quarts is just lazy
Convenient and simple, don't expect quality work or help. 2 hours for 2 tires. Ordered the wrong size and was told they didn't know how to refund my order. Had to call the customer service desk separately to get a real answer.
