Went to the West Branch service center to buy and recycle motor oil. They were very happy to help me purchase oil, but dawdled for over thirty minutes as I waited for them to recycle my old oil. They asked me to sign a book and as I was waiting, to have them take the oil, the guy said he’d have to get the cage unlocked. Then went looking for the guy who had the key to the cage. The guys worked really hard and were very professional. I'm very happy with the new tires.
I blew a trailer tire early on a Sunday morning. Who else is open at 7 AM in Northern Michigan for tires? Nobody but Walmart. So I went there and a nice guy named Charlie helped me out. Good service in a timely manner. I was on the road in about an hour thanks Charlie!
