Walmart Automotive in WestBranch, MI allows you to purchase one, two tires-only you must have four installed at the same time if you have an AWD vehicle(same one you bought the tires for). Even if the two other tires are six months old! I questioned this as Walmart follows the tire industry standard (recommending four tire changes) for balance. Okay. Came here for new tires granted the ordering process was very simple and easy considering I had to order my tires online set up an appointment for 11:00 they got me in 15 minutes early and it wasn't done until 2 hours later when my appointment time was only for an hour. Other than that Make sure you have some extra time when you got to get tires replaced if that's the case but service is great otherwise
Disrespectful, their tire service department slammed the phone on me before they would even answer multiple times. I’ve never interacted with them once and I won’t be bringing my service here.
I’ll never ever get tires from this place ever again you schedule an appointment they never answer the damn phone calls ever in their warranties. Don’t cover what they should. It’s bullshit. Waste of money go elsewhere for tires.
