We always get new tires here. We always pay for lifetime rotation and roadside. Got car checked in, cleared for rotation. Waited nearly 2 hours, to be told they couldn't do the rotation. Wear and tear are within limits (checked before giving key). I paid for these services, only to be refused after waiting a very long time. Get it together, kids.
The sign states they are open from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday. I showed up today at 8:30 am and guess what, there is literally no one here. All doors were locked. No one is answering phone so I just took my business elsewhere
Screw this place. It is one the worst places you can go for anything. Oil changes take almost an hour and halfand they try to blame it on too many customers, nope. Its their employees taking their time doing anything. As for the tire side, they will ignore you and just go about their lazy stroll pretending to be busy. Go anywhere else but here.
