Poor service
I had a 4:30 pm appointment to have my oil changed. I arrived 15 minutes early. I went into the lady at the counter and told her I had a 4:30 appointment. She told me that I needed to speak to the lube technicians in the shop. I proceeded to the shop to talk to a lube tech. There was a woman talking to a tech wanting an oil change as soon as possible. He told her to go ahead and pull in behind a car they had in line to work on. When he was done talking to her, he turned around and walked right past me like I wasn't there. As... read more
Changed my oil super quickly and Isaiah gave me great service!
Went to get two tires replaced. They said they couldnt get my lugnuts off and didnt have the tools to do so which is a bull faced lie. I then went to 3 other tire places that said it would be no problem to get them off and replace my tires using the same exact lugnuts without needing to replace them. The technician's also were very rude an had major attitude problems when i told them i just took them off not even a month ago with a 4 way with ease. There’s good and bad qualities about this place. I’ll start with the bad: long wait times, employees not answering their phones or acknowledging you in line, helping others that came way after I did, not honoring warranties on batteries I purchased here, and probably more that I can’t think of off the top of my head. So why am I giving them 4-stars? Today (9/08/25), I got there a bit late, around 3pm.
