I showed up late to my appointment, but Brittany was able to get me in and I am beyond grateful. Between that and Walmart plus for free tire repair, that’s a no-brainer to get service here.
made appointment for new tires, they had me in and out in less than 45 min. handled a warranty return on a 3 year battery after it failed to hold a charge with a free replacement after it was tested as bad. I expected it to be a chaotic visit but it was not. Good service and great tires!
Tech was rude about the check in process. I pulled up to a garage door and waited for a little bit, no one came out so I went inside. Everyone was busy so I decided to wait in my car. In the time I was waiting two more vehicles pulled in and apparently got help when they went inside. Tech told me I would be after the other two cars. I (regretfully) made an appointment for later.
