This is my 2nd issue with Walmart oil change at the Livingston, TX location. First time there was no employee on duty to do the work… I gave them the benefit of doubt and booked again. This time I showed up 15 minutes early for a scheduled oil change and was informed that they haven’t been able to get the oil filter for my vehicle for a while. Why not send me a cancelation email?
