My several experiences have been good.
Don't waste your time going here for an oil change I pulled up in one of the employees that was outside didn't even acknowledge me I had to get out of my car to go get his attention to let him know that I need an oil change. So he tells me to go to the customer counter to get checked in and I stood there for 10 minutes and did not get any help. Unfortunately, the time spent waiting for mounting and balancing can make a great priced tire deal a regrettable experience.
Honestly 1 star is too many. I ordered two tires online with no intention of letting them put them on. My plan was to pick them up and have them put on the next day by my local mechanic. The walmart employee kept insisting the service was free for online purchases so I gave in and let them. My car was riding smooth and normal when I drove up but bouncing like crazy when I left.
