Great customer service. Corey in the Auto care dept went out of his way to help with our tire needs.
Austin went above and beyond to help me last minute, providing me with fast and professional service. He has excellent customer service and a positive attitude.
Huge shoutout to Austin, James, and Corey at the Walmart Auto Center. They were short staffed and extremely busy, but they still took my car in and made sure I was helped. A lot of places would’ve turned people away, but these guys kept working hard and took care of everything professionally. I really appreciate the great customer service and positive attitude from all three of them. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers even when they’re overwhelmed. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I went in to have two tires replaced. When I arrived I only had one light on the dash. That was a tire pressure sign. When I left I had three other symbols being the traction control, the brake, and the abs light were all on along with my blinkers no longer working!!! When I was asked if I wanted to file a claim, I said yes because I wanted it fixed. The man then told me we can file a claim but I'm telling you now it's going to get denied! this couldn’t have been better. I had trouble booking online, so I went in person to try to book an appointment, but instead they just took me right away. the staff were friendly, incredibly efficient and within 30 minutes my tires were installed — just enough time to grocery shop while I waited! will come back here for sure!!
