They constantly say they would transfer me to auto care and every time the call would drop in 4 rings, I am appalled and frankly don’t plan on trying to schedule anything with them again
Bought tires through walmart.com figured i would just have them install them too. Waited a hour just for them to tell me they weren't compatible load ratings and would not install them. Load range spec for my truck clearly says E range and that was the exact spec of the tires. Manager was extremely rude about it. They will never touch my truck again ! Not even to put air in my tires
Kyle and his crew were VERY helpful. They took us at 5:50 and were incredibly patient. I had a flat tire and a long commute home so the spare tire was not the best option for me. They looked over the tire and were able to patch it. They gave me useful advice and were very kind. This team was very helpful during a stressful situation and I give them all my praise.
Every single time we come for oil changes, they NEVER can do a tire rotation, even when they have my car for hours. There's always an excuse and you cannot even make appointments for more than one service.
Took an Everstart battery back on warranty because it kept going down overnight. My battery tester showed failed. They went thru their testing paces and said there was nothing wrong with the battery. The next morning, not enough voltage to start the car. Said the hell with their warranty and went to O'reilys and got a new battery.No problems since. I seriously question their expertise and honesty.
