Told it would be 1 hr wait for 2 tires. Took 3 hours. Was given an appt for noon. Arrived and they said it was for 1pm, but I am 100% sure it was noon. Even double checked with Paul who helped me and he assured I would be helped at noon. This is the 3rd time I have used Walmart car service with terrible service and unless I'm in some absolute bind, I will not use this service again . I recommend you go to a real garage for car service.
Twice now they have put the wrong oil in my car.. both times they took it back in and replaced it with the oil I requested.. this last time the tech left grease stains on the light grey carpet in it.. they are a sad bunch of grease monkeys. I'll start going somewhere else from now on..
I've changed my oil at Walmart many times. But! This service refused to give me a replacement, citing some legal problems. lazy people.
