The only real positive I can give them is that they were super nice and that's why I'm giving them two stars. Went for a tire balance and was going smoothly but the one tire wouldn't balance at all. They told me that their machine was erroring out and they couldn't balance it. Didn't think much of it and that was a regret. Went to drive it and it shook the life out of my truck. Couldn't go back that night since they were closed and I worked in another town over so went to another Walmart on my spare. They couldn't balance it... read more
Staff was professional and nice to talk to. They replaced my tires quickly and effortlessly and even told me things to watch for. The only reason I didn't rate them 5 stars is because their tire machine errored out balancing my truck's final tire. They were very vocal and apologetic about this wishing they could do more and even recommend me places closer by I'd have better luck at.
Not impressed at all. I showed up there were four or five people standing around. No one asked if they could help me. I went inside to be told to go back outside. Not impressed at all.
