Bought tires and made the appointment online. The store canceled the appointment immediately because the website and actual store don’t communicate (<red flag #1). Called the store to reschedule and proceeded to have the most awkward and unprofessional conversation. No “hello, this is…”, just a “hun?” introduction and lots of grunts and awkward silence. I purchased new winter tires with the installation package. I have not driven in snow yet so I will update this after a storm. We have over 1000 feet of driveway which is exposed to the wind. They are quieter on pavement than I expected considering the blocky deep tread lugs.
I can't even believe this place exists, do they know how to answer the phone?
