If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The people that work here are absolutely horrendous and rude. My husband and I came here to get our tire fixed since it popped and by the time we got here. It was completely flat. We have three small children in the car and Walmart tire center refused to help us. My husband bought a new tire so all he needed was the new tire put onto the old rim which only takes a couple minutes and they refuse to help us, even though we offered to pay for the service. No one answers the phone, I’ve tried calling all morning to verify an appointment as I recieved some automated message stating my appointment was cancelled just out of the blue. No reschedule date, no information beyond “your service appointment is cancelled.” I’ve literally tried calling 10 times now (that’s not an exaggerated number) and it just rings and rings and rings. Zero stars should be correct answer. My wife booked the appointment to get tires changed. I guess their online portal allows you to schedule an appointment before they open which I didn’t know till I got there. They tried to argue and the woman was rude and smirking saying you should know we open at 8 which is untrue if your appointment scheduler is wrong when I worked for Walmart I called the customer and let them know and changed the time over the phone so that way they didn’t have to come in and experience that type of se... read more
Ordered 2 sets of tires online for 2 vehicles. Tire center didn't know how to process the order. Took 40 minutes to figure out. Had one set put on my SUV. After leaving and getting on the highway my car began shaking like crazy. Brought to my usual shop who reported the balancing was incorrect so I had to pay again to have it straightened out. Definitely recommend. I got my winters on here and it was pretty cheap and the guys were very nice.
