I went in for a pit crew oil change, 20-30 minutes oil change. I waited for over 2 hours for the oil change, after I bought groceries! I would recommend getting your oil changed anywhere else. Paying more is better than letting all your groceries spoil while waiting for them.
Just save yourself time and go somewhere else. Don’t even think oh I’ll get it done here because I have shopping to do because you’ll just wind up sitting for another hour in or more after already spending an hour shopping. My car has been moved two times, I’ve been here for 2 1/2 hours for them to come and speak to me two different time and then let me know after 2 1/2 hours that they were finally starting my oil change after my car has been inside the shop for an hour now. Just spent 3+ hours at this joke of a service center. Arrived at 10:50am for oil change and tire repair/rotation. The lady at the counter was nice enough and went to check to see how long it might be. One car in the bays when I arrived. She came back and said it would be an hour before they could start because several of the guys were going on lunch break but they might get to it sooner since someone else was coming in.
