Worst experience getting my oil changed anywhere. I had an appointment for 4:30pm they didn’t even start working on my car till 5:30pm. When they finished, I picked up my car and I didn’t even drive a quarter of a mile away until the front plate underneath my car fell off. They get me back to the shop after 40 minutes of waiting on the side of the road And then I’m told my bolts are missing and they zip tied it together. Took an hour and 40 minutes for an OIL Change! Ridiculous, had to wait there. However two of the employees I talked to were friendly and nice
I went to replace 1 tire which I had under warranty, they told me that I didn’t have a warranty and unless I had the receipt they wouldn’t honor the warranty. So I said okay that fine I only need one tire, then they said they were too busy and I would need to schedule and appointment for the next day. So I scheduled for the next day and brought the car back at the scheduled time. I was told that I was first in the queue and it shouldn’t take very long.
