I called to make an appointment and was told they only do walk ins. When I drove in I was told I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for a simple TPMS sensor the next day. Then they didn’t even start on my car until nearly two hours after my appointment.
I let these guys rotate my tires. I just broke the weld on my star wrench trying to get the lugs off. Now I have to take it into a shop and make sure the bolts aren't ruined. Luckily I was in a parking lot when I found out I can't get the tire off myself. I would have been extremely upset if I had gotten a flat tire out of town with my daughter in the truck. Rotating the tires is literally easier than changing the oil. Wal-Mart auto center is a joke
Lets see... Waited 15 min to be helped while employees talked to each other and ignored me and others waiting. Then when I finally got someone to help me they didn't know any answers to my questions and seemed annoyed. They didn't have the tire I needed in stock so they had to order it. After a week I went in to get the tire put on and when I got there they had ordered the wrong tire and the manager who ordered it blamed it on someone else so now I wait again. What a joke! Went in to mount new tires and balance, had a set appointment and it took them 3 hours just to pull my truck in on the lift. took an hour more to actually mount and balance.
Take forever don't have the right tools bad customer service. Only things they are significantly cheaper so just leave your car there make sure you have your lug key and leave your car for a few hours don't wait there it takes too long
