Ridiculous customer service. Came at 7am stood around till 7:15. Noone could tell me when they opened or what was going on. Just stared at me and said they weren't certified to change oil.

My daughter got her oil changed at Walmart in Hobbs, NM and drove home. We noticed a large pool of oil in the driveway. We took her car back to Walmart and Brandi and the department manager, Brad were so helpful. Turned out to be a loose plug. They had us on the road in no time.
