My daughter got her oil changed at Walmart in Hobbs, NM and drove home. We noticed a large pool of oil in the driveway. We took her car back to Walmart and Brandi and the department manager, Brad were so helpful. Turned out to be a loose plug. They had us on the road in no time.

Odd way of handling oil change. I pulled up and first thing I waited a short bit, and tech came out. Didn't ask what I needed, just asked to pop hood. I did, and he pulled dipstick and checked oil. Yes I was there to get oil change, but, I've never had dipstick pulled until I'm bay anywhere, and there were a solutely no vehicles waiting. Then I'm asked what I need, I said oil change. Then tech asked what brand of oil. I told him, it was the brand they carried, but he said they didn't have any. I said ok, I will use this one.... read more
