It’s funny as I came here to write this review I saw my last one from 6 years ago. Well I guess I didn’t learn my lesson and made the same mistake and tried them again. BIG mistake…….I came in on a Saturday to try and have an oil change and was asked if I had an appointment to which I didn’t. They said they only had one tech so they were not taking walk ins. Went in at 7 a.m. got helped pretty quickly. Was told they could put 2 tires on my car then was told the balancer wasn't working and they called manager( he never showed up) so I needed a battery too. Purchased the battery, they installed it, took forever! Was told I had an appointment to come back at 3 for my tires, NO CALL so I called them to see if the balancer was fixed, no answer. So I won't be using them again. I'm going to Tire Mart from now on. (Didn't leave walmart until 10:00 a.m. should not have taken that long)
Very professional
3 hours to change 1 tire? If I had those tools I could do it in less than 5 minutes. What is going on here????
