Tell me why, after purchasing a tire online that showed in stock and scheduling installation for 12 p.m. today, I receive an email saying the appointment was canceled because the tire was “not in stock.” I call the store and get told it isn’t there — until someone actually checks and suddenly they “just got one in.” I specifically confirm that I can still come at my original appointment time and am told yes. 20 minutes til closing we came in. We are a hour out of town and needed a tire to get home - no spare. They found what we needed and installed it for us. The guys were very nice.
I only gave 1 star, because it is the lowest I can leave. This place sux! Rude little squirrel behind the counter, bad attitude, ect. I came in with tire with a busted valve stem from a car at home. Tire is already off... only need stem replaced. A five minute job! They said they could not help me today because I did not have an appointment! I told them that I really needed this and it would only take you five minutes. They only had one car in the garage... just one customer... but because I did not have an appointment... th... read more
