They were careless with my vehicle, speeding and erratically driving my car back around when I chose not to wait longer than the 45 min+ I already had. I've overheard how the employees talk about customers and would never let them touch my car again!
Brought a wheel and tire in to have one tire swapped onto that wheel. Didn’t even bring them a car and I sat outside the shop waiting for 2 hours for them to do it. Took several cars after me (both tire work and oil changes) and watched techs stand around and even move my tires off of the changing machine and put it across the shop to do cars for people that came in after I did. Had an appointment came in and the staff was friendly, quick and helpful. The price was good and I am as able to track my service with the app. Would recommend them
If I could give 0 stars I would and it seems I'm not the only person who had a negative experience here. Had an appointment at 6pm and had to get 2 items. I waited from 6pm until 6:45pm before they even moved my car or went out to it. Then after they moved it into the bay it sat there long enough for me to get my items and wonder what the hell was taking so long. Waited 30 minutes before I ever heard them working on it. Still waiting on them to get done right now and it seems I should have not wasted my time coming here.
