My wife made an appointment for tires. The service write was speaking to me from three bays over. He wasn't friendly, he didn't greet. He simply said do you have an appointment. I told him yes and he said I'll be back. He didn't seem to care how long I was waiting and I waited for about 10-15 minutes before he again spoke to me from three bays over in stead of walking towards me. Tell me why, after purchasing a tire online that showed in stock and scheduling installation for 12 p.m. today, I receive an email saying the appointment was canceled because the tire was “not in stock.” I call the store and get told it isn’t there — until someone actually checks and suddenly they “just got one in.” I specifically confirm that I can still come at my original appointment time and am told yes. 20 minutes til closing we came in. We are a hour out of town and needed a tire to get home - no spare. They found what we needed and installed it for us. The guys were very nice.
I only gave 1 star, because it is the lowest I can leave. This place sux! Rude little squirrel behind the counter, bad attitude, ect. I came in with tire with a busted valve stem from a car at home. Tire is already off... only need stem replaced. A five minute job! They said they could not help me today because I did not have an appointment!
