Wish I could give 0 stars. Got a flat tire in the parking lot tire coming off the rim so not safe to drive asked them if they were open they said yes I explained to them what happened over the phone. Pulled over here and they were extremely rude and would not speak to me just told me to move out of their way. I’d never recommend them and now have to wait on a tow truck to pick me up.
I arrived as soon as they opened at 7am for 1 tire. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. I did not have an appointment, but since when do you have to make one? The parking lot was empty and all 3 bays were also empty. It takes less than 30 minutes to change a tire, why is there a 3 hour wait with no customers in the lot or bays? They also only have one bay with an air compressor that works, how is that my problem. Unless you wait to wait 3 plus hours, go somewhere else.
You charged me for four tires over 500 dollars, it was taken from my bank account. Then you sent me a notice after your service center closed that you cancelled it and then you stated had to wait 10 to 14 days for the amount to be refunded. I need the tires tomorrow and cannot wait two weeks for the refund. You are scamming your customers.
Ok my brother has been at the Walmart in Jackson Ohio since 12:30pm & is still waiting on his car to have tires put on & just now started this is unprofessional & ridiculous they need to get it together because there is no excuse for this almost 6 hours they obviously was bumping people up there list never use this place again that is for sure.
Stopped in for tire repair I got here at 2PM they said it could take up to 2 hours maybe earlier they have a couple appointments. It’s 4:34 still hadn’t touched my truck I waited at desk to cancel my repair they wouldn’t wait on me. I walked into the garage area and took my key. Terrible service center. I guess that’s where folks go that can’t make it in a real garage.
