Unable to make appointment online Started calling at 07:00 (time listed on the website that they open) to confirm they were actually open on a Sunday. Never got an answer so I was unable to schedule an appointment that way. At 07:30 I was finally able to confirm they were open by calling the bakery (service desk couldn't be bothered to answer phone either). Waited more than 5 minutes to be waited on once I arrived. Got there at 1:05 with an appointment but they got canceled for no reason but they still took us in. After doing grocery shopping and returning back almost 2 hours later they not even took the car in the back to start on it. It was just for two front tires that’s it. We left and now waiting for a refund to come back. They had told us it would’ve been about another hour into they even put the car in the back. So don’t bother coming unless you have all day to spare
Every time I come to this Walmart to get my tires filled, I end up sitting and waiting for half an hour before having to go inside and ask for service. Multiple employees will see me waiting in my car and completely ignore me. Sometimes, I just give up and leave.
TLDR: Walmart will make up reasons to refuse to honor their treadwear warranties on tires purchased and installed through them. BUYER BEWARE!!! Went for an oil change and tire rotation. The technician would not rotate my tires, said they were too worn. The tires were purchased and installed through Walmart and have 28,000 miles on them with a 45,000 mile treadwear warranty.
