I would love to write a review of how horrific this place is. But I would be writing forever and they don’t even deserve my time to write them that. Go to Matlock down the street.
We like the Walmart in Sweetwater better than the one in Lenoir City. More laid back. Folks seem friendlier. Shelves seem to be more stocked too.
If you are ever needing your oil or tires changed I recommend NEVER going to Walmart auto. We had prepaid for the tires to be shipped to Lenoir city location. Once we were notified they delivered we called and were told there was a delay. From then they told us Thursday 7/17 around 3pm. We we arrived they said we had to wait another 2 days because they did not have enough people. HORRIBLE communication with their customers! They never reached out to us once to update us on anything and when we get there they make no accommod... read more
WORST SERVICE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. There’s never anyone inside and you always have to wait 15+ minutes for someone to come ask you what you need. They do not honor appointment times. They will take 10x longer than any other auto care center. DO NOT BEING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
