If you are ever needing your oil or tires changed I recommend NEVER going to Walmart auto. We had prepaid for the tires to be shipped to Lenoir city location. Once we were notified they delivered we called and were told there was a delay. From then they told us Thursday 7/17 around 3pm. We we arrived they said we had to wait another 2 days because they did not have enough people. HORRIBLE communication with their customers! WORST SERVICE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. There’s never anyone inside and you always have to wait 15+ minutes for someone to come ask you what you need. They do not honor appointment times. They will take 10x longer than any other auto care center. DO NOT BEING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
You bring in your truck to get a oil change and two hours later they want to change the oil but this is why people don't want to come here anymore they are doing there job
