Had an appointment at 10am to get tires installed on car. Arrived at 9:30 am it’s currently 2pm and I’m still here waiting. This is ridiculous why get a appointment for.
I paid for a tire rotation and premium synthetic oil change which is supposed to include several courtesy services such as washer fluid check and fill. However two days later, I found a fresh oil leak in garage and went to use my wipers and had no fluid. Now I am wondering if they even bothered to rotate my tires. I needed four tires replaced last minute, and while it was a little tough getting through on the phone at first, everything after that was smooth. Once I got connected, they got me in the same day. Bill handled everything quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. He explained my options clearly and didn’t pressure me at all on upgrades. Had an oil change scheduled at 4:30 and at 6:00 my car was still parked at the bay door. I just ask for my keys and left.
