Had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked in with the desk. They didn’t mention anything about a wait. Overheard an employee tell the next customer who also had an appointment that he was the only worker and he was very behind. Ended up waiting over an hour and a half for a simple oil change. Won’t be wasting my time here again.
The worst experience ever. My appointment was for 2-3 and the tire's didn't get finished until 4:53. They left the windows down and unlocked in the parking lot ayalsoo did damage to my car . On top of all that my car is pulling to the left now.

Ordered 4 tires for install and scheduled appt at their site. Tires never showed by appt time. They canceled my appt and charged me for the tires even know I never got them. The above experience happened 2 times, 2 times the same thing happened. Now i Have $2500 in tire charges on my bank but no tires. Walmart get out of the tire business! You seem to know how to take money but not furnish products. Update: Took 2 weeks for them to agree to refund one of the charges.
